Opal- For budget-friendly fashion check out Opal! With 3 locations in the greater Seattle area including Downtown, Mill Creek and Redmond there's sure to be an Opal near you. The 206- Seattle style maven Kimberly Carney recently launched a new e-commerce website called “The 206”, a contemporary clothing boutique for men and women. Spa Scotta- This is THE place to go for a much-talked about Shellac Manicure. I'm telling you, this is the only way I've ever been able to grow out my brittle nails. The environment at Spa Scotta is great and I absolutely adore Jessica, the spa owner who makes sure the vibe is blissful and the service is the best.
